The Southeast Region bands together a community of service and support professionals with HDI Local Chapters in Florida (Tampa, Jacksonville, and Miami), Georgia (Atlanta), North Carolina (Charlotte and Raleigh), South Carolina (Columbia and Greenville) and Tennessee (Knoxville and Nashville).

HDI’s Local Chapters offer the opportunity to belong to a strong community offering programs, education and networking opportunities with a focus on the service and technical support industry. We believe a strong partnership between partner and practitioners can strengthen and encourage all of us to provide superior service to our clients and customers.

Sponsoring the Southeast region allows you have the opportunity to take advantage of that power. HDI’s Southeast Region provides many unique opportunities to target a dynamic group of IT Customer Service and Technical Support industry leaders and share your organization’s brand and key message.

A one year sponsorship agreement with a cost of $2500 entitles your organization to our Analyst of the Year (AOY) celebration and recognition program. In addition, your sponsorship entitles you to attend our annual SE Regional Summit meeting where SE officers from each chapter meet to strategize and plan the following year’s agenda. At this meeting you will be able to present a 10 minutes sales based presentation of your company’s products and services.

E-mail to distribution list for all SE Region members & non-members announcing the SE Region Analyst of the Year winner and your sponsorship and support
Invitation E-mail to entire distribution list for all chapters inviting them for a free drink to honor the regional winner at the HDI national conference. (Reflecting your logo, website, etc.)
Recognition on the HDI SE Regional Website as the SE Regional Analyst of the Year Sponsor.
Official host of the SE Region gathering at the HDI national conference with honor of presenting the Regional AOY Award.
10 minutes sales based presentation at the SE Regional Summit
Ability to communicate your company’s event through all local chapter mailing list reaching approximately 3000 IT professionals in the southeastern United States.
